Waiting...
I'm waiting on the part for my fourth (and currently final) laptop to come in. I hate it when the tracking isn't updated very often because you never know when the part might be in...and neither does the customer. I have decided that Lori, the post office lady, is probably starting to get sick of seeing my name on packages coming in. This last run of orders that I have placed have all been shipped using UPS or FedEx and then transferred over to USPS for final delivery. So far 3 laptop parts, 2 cell phone cases and a super-secret present for my friend Kelly have been through there, and another laptop part on the way...and this has been in three weeks time. Once this fourth laptop part comes in, I should be somewhat caught up for awhile excluding the cheer and dance pictures that I took this afternoon. Such is life!
Other than waiting on my part to arrive, I am also waiting for my good friend Kelly to get back from her post-transplant checkup in Durham, North Carolina. I was teasing her before she left that I had ordered her a present and that it would come in after she had left to go to Durham and it would be in before she got back. She keeps asking for hints, but I have been very vague considering it would be easy to give away what it was. Her first question was if I had ordered her something from the Adam & Eve website...nope, it wasn't from there. The clue I did give her was misconstrued and could be taken as quite dirty...but it wasn't quite close. I'll be glad when she makes it back on Saturday so I won't have to keep the secret any longer!
