Crap-O-La...
That's it! I think I've lost my mind! I've always been good about taking things out of my jacket pockets when I walk in the door, but obviously this wasn't the case when I had last wore one of my Old Navy jackets! A little while ago went to throw some things in the washing machine...and there was something lasting in the bottom of the tub...my freakin' bluetooth headset! I had another incident like this a while back with another headset...the whole "bowl of rice" thing didn't work for me then....and the more I get to thinking about it, this last headset may have been ran through more than one load of laundry. I'm not dependent on my headset like some people are, but they are sure nice to have for convenience. I'm not looking forward to spending the money on another one, but I have a feeling I will miss having it if I don't. When you can't blame anyone else for stupidity but yourself...it will really make you mad!
Getting caught up...
After getting off work early at 10:30 Friday morning and having today off...I'm finally catching up...very slowly, but surely! I have managed to be busy during most of my free time. I had the computer to work on Thursday after work, I worked on the M-D Wedding pictures after work on Friday, went to the basketball game Friday evening, worked on the M-D Wedding pictures most of the day Saturday, picked up the proof prints Saturday afternoon, started baking the Pecan-Caramel Cheesecake, put the M-D Wedding proofs in their album and made an order form, had some downtime. Sunday I got out of bed and in the shower late so my cousin Alison showed up with Camme while I was still in the shower, Camme started making a birthday card for Paige's birthday, we went to Buddy's Place for a bite to eat, we came back so she could finish her card, we then loaded up and went to Paige's 16th birthday party, we came back and played Mario Kart for awhile and then Alison picked her up again. Today was another slightly hectic day, too. I started off by finally getting some of the basketball pictures printed off for the players. I head out to Kelly's to take a "surprise" picture of her dog, Patsy, to add to the pictures she wants to take with her to North Carolina. Well the "surprise" factor was null when I pulled up and saw her car in the driveway, but she did say she would be "surprised" when she saw them. After taking pictures, I helped Kelly setup their GPS to prepare for their trip to North Carolina. After I was done there, I went to help someone else setup and share their new printer. After that I headed to Wal-Mart to pick up the basketball pictures I had sent in earlier today. I did come home for a little while to crash, and then headed out to the Haley house to get a picture of Kelly with the four Haley kids.
Tomorrow should just be a matter of going to work until four o'clock and then to the basketball game at six o'clock...I can handle that! Wednesday will be work as usual and then maybe a quick trip to O-Town...and possibly a computer to check out when I get back in town. No rest for the weary! I'll get caught up one of these days...seriously...I will...one...of...these...days! (I'll just keep telling myself that!)
