Catching Up...
After last week's hectic-ness of running around like a chicken with its head cut off, I'm trying to get caught up this week...
It has been my mindset to get things done...to work, work, work...but it hasn't happened as much as I've wanted to. It doesn't help that I have spend way too much time trying to figure out what the issue is with this Dimension E520 that I have sitting here. Tomorrow evening after I get done checking out someone's router for them, I will be gung-ho working on the M-D Wedding pictures to get them finished. After I get the M-D pictures finished, "pictures" pretty much sums up a lot of the to-do list. I've been asked to throw the pictures I took at Dad's uncle's birthday party onto a CD and to print them also. I have also been accused of "not sharing" any of the 477 pictures that I took at last Friday's basketball game, but I had to say "Sorry, but I've been busy! Once I get those done, I have more pictures to print or share, computers to work on...etc.
These last two weeks it doesn't matter what time I get out of bed, I'm always running late getting out the door and end up being scatter-brained...forgetting SOMETHING... I had enough things to remember to pick up on my way out the door tomorrow morning that I decided I better make a list... I'm pretty sure the ways things have been going lately that the last item is the most important!
I went to grab a Post It sticky earlier and it was the last one in the dispenser. After rummaging around in the drawer to find my stash of refills, I found them. Guess what was the only color left...PINK! I hate pink, so I'm pretty sure these florescent pink Post Its will stand out from anything else they are around. I'm not sure why they don't do some guy-friendly color bundling in their multi-packs. No matter what other colors were in the packs, pink was a constant color across the board in every package...SERIOUSLY?!?!
I'm pretty sure this note sums up my to-do list fairly well..."Everything!" I'll be glad when I can get one put up there that says "Nothing!", but it would only last an hour at the most if it would get to that point!
Well, I've managed to stay up a lot later than I should have. Gotta get some rest so I can go full-force tomorrow afternoon...
