Dessert...

So much for my pre-Thanksgiving diet...it was gone before it was ever implemented.  Tonight I decided to make dessert...it was really good, but really bad at the same time.  The apples and bananas I had bought at Wal-Mart were "healthy" until I glazed them with butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in the skillet and then served it over Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream. that's where the "really bad" part comes into effect (if you hadn't figured that out already). And while it was cooking it smelled freakin' awesome! Honestly, how can you go wrong with apples, bananas, cinnamon, sugar, butter, and vanilla?


Tomorrow night is going to be chicken salad for supper and NO DESSERT for me tomorrow night...
