Peonies...

This evening I stepped out behind the apartment and took pictures of the peonies growing back there.  I somehow missed seeing these back there the first year, but I've taken pictures of them every year since.  The first year I noticed them was my favorite.  It had just rained, so there were raindrops on the petals, and the sun was trying to peek through the clouds so it just had the best lighting.  Tonight's lighting was pretty good too, but it just didn't turn out quite like the ones from two years ago.

So, I'm still learning what all this new job thingy entails.  Today was calling on the phone for a little while, helping out (aka running around like a chicken with its head cut off), getting back on the phone, switching projects, making copies and running around some more.  Tomorrow is going to be more running around...and I like it!
